Join us for yoga centered around the union of mind and body. This class is not about crazy poses or reaching the finish line; it is about the journey along the way. We are bringing it back to the basics. Breath by breath, we will move with intention, settling into stability through long-held shapes and alignment-based postures. Through this, we will find deeper meaning and understanding of the soul and the body with each movement and connection to nature.
This practice is open to beginners and long-time practitioners; think accessible flow and fun!
