Come see us on Saturday, July 6, as we pop into Hardberger Park! Arboretum San Antonio will have a table for you to come say "HI" and learn all about our vision for a tree sanctuary on our city's Southeast side. Located at the former Republic Golf Course on Southeast Military, we have secured 188 acres as a green space dedicated to trees for our community to enjoy nature. It will be a leading recreational, ecological, economic, and educational resource for residents and visitors of all ages. It will feature a 'cathedral of trees' with pedestrian and bicycle trails, a nursery to propagate native and climate-resilient trees, nature-based programming, event spaces, and public art displays.
